Yes. DBK holds all required permits and approvals from the relevant Qatari regulatory authorities, including Municipality-level operational approval for our central kitchen and distribution fleet.
Yes. All ingredients, suppliers, and preparation processes are 100% Halal-certified. Strict segregation is maintained throughout sourcing, storage, preparation, and delivery. Halal certificates are available on request.
No. Drawing Board Kitchen does not serve or handle pork products or alcohol in any form.

All meals are labelled with the 14 major allergens. Our kitchen maintains strict separation protocols for allergen-sensitive preparation, and full ingredient declarations are available on request.

Yes. Our nutritionists prepare caloric and macronutrient breakdowns for all menu items, provided with the programme proposal and updated whenever menus change.
We serve institutions across Doha, Al Rayyan, Lusail, Al Wakra, and the broader Greater Doha area. For locations outside these zones, contact us to discuss feasibility.
Our central kitchen produces over 5,000 meals daily. Our 2,000 m² HACCP-certified facility in Duhail is purpose-built for high-volume institutional catering.

All meals are delivered by our temperature-controlled fleet on a schedule agreed at contract signing. Collection is not offered for institutional programmes.
Based on internal delivery logs (Jan–Dec 2024), we maintain a 99.4% on-time delivery rate across all active programmes.

Yes. Our minimum is 50 meals per day for institutional programmes. For smaller requirements, use our online menu ordering system.

Our standard contracts are a minimum of 3 months, with longer-term agreements available at preferential rates. Trial periods are offered for new clients.
You are assigned a dedicated account manager who handles menu finalisation, delivery scheduling, and day-to-day coordination. Onboarding typically takes 5–10 business days.
